Objective

We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI Developer to join our team. You will work on building and optimizing AI applications, including Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, and other intelligent systems to address real-world business challenges.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for practical applications.

  • Research and integrate AI solutions into the company’s existing systems, including AI Agents, Chatbots, and automation systems.

  • Collect, preprocess, and clean data to ensure input quality for machine learning models.

  • Analyze and optimize the performance of AI models, improving accuracy and speed.

  • Deploy AI models to production environments and monitor post-deployment performance.

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify problems that can be solved using AI.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and apply them to the company’s products and services.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Minimum [X years] of experience in AI or Machine Learning development.

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, R, or Java.

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.

  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms (Supervised, Unsupervised, Reinforcement Learning) and deep neural networks (CNN, RNN, Transformer).

  • Experience with large datasets and data processing (SQL, NoSQL, or Big Data frameworks like Spark).

  • Knowledge of DevOps for AI (MLOps) is a plus.

  • Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork spirit.

  • Good English skills for research and communication.
